Thank you all for respecting the fact that I needed some time out. Sadly, I had let some bad people into my life and made some mistakes for which I have paid dearly for. I am thankful that phase of my life is over and I am free to move forward without the restrain of negative influences of people.

However, this note is not about the negatives but the positives. I am ready to come back to what I enjoy most: my work. I am very excited about the future and all it has to offer.

I would also like to take this opportunity to announce my first men’s range ‘Charged Designs’. It’s a small limited edition collection that I have really enjoyed working on. Plus, be sure to catch me at my first live show in six months, which is set to take place in Canberra – I’ll be hosting and performing at The Hush Lounges First Birthday Party!

You all really do inspire and give me so much strength. I can’t wait to share this next chapter with each and every one of you!

Firstly I would like to thank everyone for all the support I have received from you all in regards to my live shows and music. Sadly I have had to make a tough decision to take a step back for a while.

Situations have arisen that are out of my control and at this point I need to focus on my health and that of my family who currently need my support. I will also be taking this time to focus on other elements of my life which I feel need attention, to re-energize and dispel any negative influences so that I can put more effort and energy into my work.

I want to say a massive thank you again to all my colleagues, peers and supporters and I hope you understand my reasoning.

PS I’ll be back!

I cant wait until Sunday to perform for everyone its my first show in a while so there are a few butterflies going on but I’m feeling good. I’ve been busy with rehearsals and I’m back in the studio which has been awesome!

We have been working on a few surprises for everyone which I’m looking forward to sharing with you over the next few weeks.

So make sure you all comes along on Sunday I’m a bit nervous so I’m gonna need to hear you!

Fair Day Details

Dan will be performing at Sydney’s Fair Day festival this Sunday 15th of Feb on the main stage at 2:30PM. We can now reveal that Dan will be joined by eight backing dancers, he will be performing his new single ‘Brave New World’ and cover versions of Tainted Love, Sweet Dreams and Underneath The Radar plus his popular single Dancefloor from last year! Make sure you don’t miss out.

You will also have the chance to buy his album Energy and he will be on hand for a meet and greet after the show!

And for the fans who can not make it to Fair Day this year Dan’s show will be recorded so that you can watch here on the site next week.

I hope you all had a very merry Christmas and a great start to 2009!

Firstly I wanted to say a massive thank you for all the birthday letters and mail I got I have never felt so cared for and special it really meant alot!

2009 has had a fantastic although very busy start for me, my new single Brave New World is streaming online and will be on I-Tunes and for order in March.

I can also now tell you all that I will be performing at Sydney Fair Day on February 15 at 2:30pm. I’m really excited and have some cool plans for the show! Looking forward to seeing you all there!

All good things must come to an end and sadly the Summer Knights season is over I enjoyed every minute and I would love to do some similar projects in the future!
